MATT ROLLESTON

Matt is passionate about genuinely improving his clients’ lives by helping them to prioritise their health and fitness. He finds it especially rewarding to support those aged 40+ who are taking the first steps to start, or get back into training after a long period of time out.

During his time in the fitness industry, Matt has helped clients to achieve a wide variety of results. From fat loss, muscle gain, and toning, through to tough mudder, spartan, and marathon training.

In 2017, Matt received New Zealand’s personal trainer of the year award. He has also mentored multiple personal trainers, two who also went on to win the 2019 and 2020 NZ personal trainer of the year award.

Matt spent years managing a personal training studio in Ponsonby, before moving into studio ownership by founding The Right Fit Personal Training studio in Epsom. He has extensive fitness training qualifications.
